General Conditions:

Booking:
To secure a booking we require a complete booking form and a 30% deposit. A booking is definite when Samistal Travel company has confirmed acceptance in writing. The Balance of all monies due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be paid to Samistal Travel Company for travel within 21 days. If booking is made less than 21 days before the departure date, totality of payment is required with the booking form. A detailed invoice will be delivered.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel a booking confirmed yet, a cancellation charge will be retained. These are calculated as a percentage of the total tour price as shown below:
30 days and more before departure date:.....................10%
15 days:................50%
5 days and less:.....90%

These are refundable if your cancellation is justified (illness, death...) or if Samistal Travel is obliged to cancel.

Reduction:
Reduced rates are available for larger groups, club, organisations, mountaineering federations universities, scientific institutions and societies. We are able to design itineraries for almost any interests in all parts of Turkey.

Advised Equipment:
Small day bag, Water bottle, Flash light, Wind and waterproof outer layer, Warm clothing, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Pocket knife, a personal medicine box including your own medicine, toilet paper and cigarette lighter.

Land Cost Includes:

*All transports and transportations necessary
*Accommodation: hotel good category *** or **** in big cities, according to “land itinerary dossier”,
*Specialist English speaking cultural guide,
* Hotel : Breakfast and bed
*Entrance fees into museum, sites and historical monuments,

Land Cost Does Not Include:
*All expenses of personal nature,
*Drinks
*Meals
*Domestic (90 EURO) and international flights
*Insuruance

We normally privilege the natural beauty and water presence to choose our accommodation places for your well-being.

Good category hotel ( 3 , 4 stars) according to the programs

Leadership:
We provide an English speaking cultural guide for each tour. He is specialist of cultural knowledge according to the tour.

Meals:
We choose the best quality Turkish foods in the hotels and in the restaurants.

Transportation:
We provide an air conditioed bus depending on group capacity for land transportation.

Medicine box:
We provide a medicine box to use in case of necessity. But this does not exempt you to carry your own medicines (someones are not available in the country).

Samistal Travel is Onur Airlines and Pegasus Airlines sales agent. This means that we have possibility to make booking and to provide tickets for the flights of the Onur Airlines and Pegasus Airlines company.
